The Mountain That Taught Us to Climb
A mentor, a visionary, and the heartbeat behind our purpose.
Mukund sir wasn’t just an engineer; he was a man who believed the planet deserved better. After decades of brilliance at IIT Kanpur, Tata Motors, Bharat Forge, and BPL, he could’ve simply retired. Instead, he chose to start over, dedicating his life to renewable energy, sustainable living, and restoring nature.
He lived the way he wished the world would, powering his home entirely with solar, shifting fully to EVs, and fighting to bring our forests back to life. His purpose was simple: leave the Earth lighter than he found it.
For Aeos Energiea, he became more than a mentor.
He became the compass.
The quiet voice reminding us that renewable energy isn’t just a business, it’s a responsibility, a service, a promise to the generations that follow.
His stories, his discipline, his way of seeing the world, they shaped the foundation of Aeos Energiea. And even though he’s no longer here, everything we build carries a little of his spirit.

Founder and CTO
Sagar Dilip Jadhav
Sagar holds B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. B.A.T.U. Lonere, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering Design and Analysis plus Master's in Heat Power from Pune University. His research has been published by NAFEMS and Purdue University. With over nine years of R&D experience at Kirloskar Brothers, Delval Flow Controls, and Tooltech Global Engineering, he founded Aeos Energiea in 2016. Sagar is dedicated to advancing sustainable green energy to lower costs and improve quality of life.

Pradip Soudi
Pradip holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration - Information Technology from ICFAI Sikkim University. And Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Pune University, Diploma Hardware and Networking from Jetking. With over 24 year’s of on-field experience, he looks after site executions and operations.

Gokhale holds Diploma in Electrical engineering from B.T.E, MH, India. Gokhale has huge experience of more than 25 years in HT, LT Erections and Liasioning Work. He served to prestigious clients like Clean Science, Honor Lab, Soham Health Care, Allied Chamicals, Sidhhivinayak Chemicals, and Samrat Papers etc.
Head of Water Treatment Automation
Mr. Omkar Tikhe
With +15 years of experience, Omkar specializes in creating automated water treatment and energy-efficient hot water solutions. He designs "hands-off" systems that ensure consistent water quality and reduce operational costs for industries and institutions. His expertise in energy audits and optimized heating design helps clients significantly cut down on energy bills. Holding a deep understanding of plumbing, hydro-pneumatic, and electrical systems from his time with leading MNCs, Omkar is passionate about building sustainable, future-ready solutions that save resources and reduce environmental impact.

Mr. Chaitanya Karanjikar
As Head of Electrification & Digital Solutions, Chaitanya brings +10 years of professional experience in the electrical and electronics field. He is dedicated to driving the transformation of industry toward a more productive and sustainable future through electrification, automation, and digitalization. Chaitanya focuses on engineering excellence and innovation to deliver resilient infrastructure, smart energy solutions, and reliable power quality for clients. He excels in providing end-to-end technical solutions, from installation and commissioning to automation software.
